INSTITUTIONAL OBJECTIVES 

1. To develop in every student the knowledge, skills, interests, habits, powers, and ideals requisite to the realization of his full potential as a worthy member of the school, the Home, the Society, the Church, and the World as a whole;

2. To develop personal discipline enlightened by a well-trained intellect in order to form a Christian personality by the acquisition of all the Christian virtues;

3. To develop in the individual a prayerful search for the truth that will certainly lead to the realm of love and ultimately to the highest love – GOD

4. To train the individual to become an upright and patriotic Filipino citizen in a democratic society who can freely contribute to the total well-being of the nation Hence, it is the purpose of this school to develop each student as an individual and as an effective member of society – physically, emotionally, intellectually, economically, socially, and spiritually.

OBJECTIVES OF SJCCI (PRE-ELEMENTARY LEVEL) 

1. To help a child adjusts from a smaller family to a larger family, the school.

2. To awaken in each child a sense of one’s purpose in life through prayer and knowledge of God.

3. To quench a child’s thirst for truth through the different subjects, and develop their cognitive effective and psychomotor skills.

4. To instill in each child self-discipline and control, make simple decision, and acquire wholesome attitude and values.

5. To gradually introduce the child to a larger community by relating, associating, and working for the common good.

OBJECTIVES OF SJCCI. (ELEMENTARY LEVEL) 

1. To provide knowledge and develop skills, attitudes, and values essential to personal development necessary for living in and contributing to a developing and changing social milieu;

2. To provide learning experiences which increase the awareness and responsiveness of an individual to the changes and demands of society and to prepare him for constructive and effective involvement;

3. To promote and intensify the child’s knowledge of, identifying, and loving God, loving the nation and the people to which he belongs;

4. To provide opportunities to develop all aspects of Christian growth, of self-realization, aesthetic values, national consciousness, human relationship, civic responsibility, and economic efficiency;

5. To promote work experiences which develop the child’s orientation to the world of work and creativity and prepare himself to engage in honest and gainful work.

OBJECTIVES OF SJCCI. (JUNIOR AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL) 

1. To equip the students with the necessary thinking, speaking, and writing skills and with the ability to react intelligently and creatively to life situations;

2. To guide the students to acquire the basic principles of Christian life and to assist him in his physical, social, emotional, intellectual, moral, and spiritual growth;

3. To cultivate in the students with a desirable attitude and an appreciation of our cultural heritage; an understanding of himself, of his family, and other people;

4. To promote worthwhile participation in various religious, cultural, vocational, sports, and recreational programs in the community and encourage proper utilization of available resources;

5. To imbue the students with the essential educational foundation needed for college work and to guide him in his choice of occupation or career;

6. To provide the basic occupational skills, knowledge, and information needed for initial employment;

7. To train the student to become a responsible citizen and a committed leader in the community
