Last November 18, 2025, an Investiture Ceremony was successfully held, featuring a series of meaningful activities that emphasized patriotism, discipline, and unity among the participants.
The ceremony started with the Entrance of Colors featuring the students of Grade 10, followed by an opening prayer. After that, everyone sang the Lupang Hinirang and recited the pledge of allegiance, showing love and respect for the country.
One part of the program was the lighting of candles while the Law was being recited. This reminded the scouts to follow the rules and values of the organization. Ms. Gertrudes Dadal, Former Council Executive and current Chief Trainer for GSP Cavite City, together with Mr. Oliver Ramirez Jr., Acting Field Scout Executive and Registration Officer, facilitated the Josephian Scouting Investiture. After they shared a simple speech, Sr. Annielyn A. Alejado, the school president, spoke in front and shared an inspiring message.
The pinning of pins and wearing of scarves was the most exciting part for the students. It showed that they are now official members of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines.
After the program, each grade of the Basic Education Department took a group picture. The ceremony ended with a closing program. The opening ceremony was simple but meaningful and made the students proud to be part of the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.
